Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email, and tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery typically takes 6–10 days from dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Our 30-day delivery guarantee

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email our logistics handler at lucas.somadjaja.biz@gmail.com with your order number and we'll give you a full refund — no need to return anything. We stand behind getting your order to you.

Address accuracy & lost parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a tracked parcel is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help investigate.
