Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your Vereline pieces. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within **30 days** of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty.
To start a return, email us at **lucas.somadjaja.biz@gmail.com** with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions. Change-of-mind returns are sent to **6 Southern Cross Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000**, and the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within **5 business days**. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come first and cannot be excluded. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at lucas.somadjaja.biz@gmail.com within a reasonable time with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any shipping you paid), and for faulty items we cover the cost of return — or may not require a return at all. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Please contact us directly for any issue — never the original sender on the parcel. Your contract is with Vereline, and we'll take care of it.
